We carefully select the finest Silverside beef, meticulously trim the fat, marinate it for 6 to 12 hours, and infuse it with our unique in-house spices along with extra chillies for that fiery flavor.

Then, we dry cure the beef for 4 to 5 days to achieve a tender, perfectly cured finish.
