We craft our moist beef biltong using premium cuts of  Silverside beef, featuring just the right amount of fat.

The meat is marinated for 6 to 12 hours, seasoned with our signature blend of spices and extra chillies for that fiery punch, then dry-cured for about three days until it’s tender with a slightly pink center.
